Hi I Was Wondering For The Past Couple Of Days

Hi I was wondering for the past couple of days ive been noticing something going on down near where my legs meet my genatals... the skin seems to be peeling or have little red bumps and also seems like there is no skin. they sting when i try to walk or run and i can kind of make the feeling of like when you have chapped balls. Thats how it feels but it seems to be getting worse. Do you have any idea to what I am talking about.
