Hi, I Was Wondering If I Should Be Concerned That

Hi, I was wondering if I should be concerned that my bp is 111/74, but resting pulse is 98. My pulse is normally around 60-70. I've had only very little caffeine today and take very little meds. I'm 56 and not real active for the last few months, but in general good health and weight. I've also been having back pain between my shoulder blades when I wake up in the morning, which goes away once I'm up and moving around. Could that be related? Thanks!!
