Hi I Was Wondering If Adderall May Affect A Pregnancy

Hi I was wondering if adderall may affect a pregnancy test? I recently went to the hospital for a tubal surgery appt. and when they took my blood i came up positive. The thing is i was on my menstrual and it was irregular. Very heavy and some clotting along with cramping. And it had went on for 10 days. I have 4 children. no miscarriages. And i always skip thee periods if pregnant. and i don't feel like i am. My doc ordered another bkood test every 2 days to check h levels but they are not giving me answers at the moment. Can u give me any answers??
