Hi I Was Wondering If Get These Large Pimples Like

Hi I was wondering if get these large pimples like bumps on my stomach that get like a dark tint around them. They take awhile to rippen and when they do dry skin comes off like a scab and it is filled with blood and pus which then leads to a hole. What is this?
