Hi, I was wondering if you can tell me what this dull heavy pain on my chest that I can also feel in my upper back is? I also have shortness of breath and pressure on the left side of my mouth, gum & teeth. No fever no cold or flu like symptoms. The discomfort/pain came on yesterday. Much appreciated , thank you!
