Hi, I Was Wondering If You Had Any Idea About

Hi, I was wondering if you had any idea about where this strange pain on my left lower middle finger would be coming from? Like the pain is not like I'm going to die, it feels more sore like but the thing is that I havent injured or overworked my finger as so I think I havent. Any tips to relieve this pain would help tremendously.. Thanks!!:)
