Hi, I Was Wondering Over The Last About 2-3 Days

Hi, I was wondering over the last about 2-3 days I have noticed I have a shortness of breath, I am not really able to take deep breaths. I have also noticed naseousness, back aches, and pain in my lower abdomen over the last week or so. I am not sure if those have to do with eachother but was looking for some answers.
