Hi, I Was Wondering Why My Preteen Daughter Is Over

Hi, I was wondering why my preteen daughter is over affectionate and teases me often? She has no friends in school but doesn't want to have a normal conversation with me. I have tried various consequences but she doesn't stop. How can stop her because her behaviour is really annoying.
