Hi, I Weaned Off Lexapro By Cutting Pill In 1/2

Hi, I weaned off lexapro by cutting pill in 1/2 for the last week. I wish I had known that was not long enough. I have head zaps that drive me crazy besides the tinitus I've had for years. Other meds I am on are Metoprolol SR 50 mg. for 15 years and Cozaar 50 mg. for 18 years. for cardiomyopathy. The head zaps started when I took a lexapro too late or accidently missed a dose. So I blame the lack of lexapro and/or weaning off it too fast for zaps. I quit the drug 7 months ago and so have had them for 7 months. Is there anything to do? diet? supplements? go back on Lex and wean slower? Mary Jane age 59
