Hi, I Went For An Abdominal Scan Today And I

Hi, I went for an abdominal scan today and I was diagnosed with acyesis and retained product of conception... I really do not understand.. I didn't do any D&C recently but many many years back.... I don't understand what a retained product of conception means and acyesis.. Please can you help me understand in details and what I can use to treat it.
