Hi I Went For An Eye Test My Sight Is

Hi I went for an eye test my sight is fine but behind my right eye there is nipping I got sent for blood pressure result and it was fine ,why is this only behind one eye ? Could this be related to a head trauma I got in car accident? The pain around my socket is unbelievable Thanks ,Donna
