Hi I Went On A Trip And Had Sex With

Hi I went on a trip and had sex with a sex worker. Though I wore condoms I had unprotected cunnilingus. After 2 days I returned home and I started having diarrhoea. I also had outside food and water which may be contaminated. But I'm having diarrhoea for 4th day now and I'm worried if I had contacted any sti or it's just food poisoning. Please advise
