Hi, I Went On Holiday And Visited A Natual Waterful

Hi, I went on holiday and visited a natual waterful pool after we went for a walk/trail on the way back i slipped off a rock landing on my wrist which quickly swelled/bruised along with my arm. This was 2months ago and the pain is still there however i still manage day to day things. Any advice?
