Hi I Went Out Drinking Last Night, And I Have

Hi I went out drinking last night, and I have a really bad hang over today. I have diarrhea and ive noticed yellow floating things, I've been about 4 times and theres more and more and now all that comes out is yellow, and theres lots of yellow floating things. What caused this and what are they? Also, I vomited and about 2 tbsp of blood came out and what I ate last night. I haven't eaten at all today
