Hi. I Went To My Gyno Today And She Examined

Hi. I went to my gyno today and she examined me and told me she's almost positive I have type 2 herpes and took a test. Once I got home about a few hours later I started to notice a sore throat and now I have bumps all over in the back of my throat. I don't know what this is and I'm scared! Will it travel to the outside of my mouth?
