Hi I Went To See My Doctor Over A Sprained

Hi I went to see my doctor over a sprained ankle back in November it bruised immediately and hurt so they ran an x-ray to see if anything is broke or fractured they didn't see anything then. But now it's in pain swelled up and bruised again but this time my leg below my knee is as well swelled and bruised any suggestions on what it maybe
