Hi, I Went To The Dentist Yesterday For Tooth Pain

Hi, I went to the dentist yesterday for tooth pain after flossing too hard on Sunday. The pain got worse. The X-rays didn't show any abscesses. The dentist thought I got out whatever it was that was irritated me out. I'm a new patient and haven't gotten a hold of their on-Call dentist so I went to urgent care because I couldn't sleep due to the pain. I woke up with a swollen cheek and jaw. The nurse told me they don't do dentiststry and I daid I was worried about cellulitis. Now that it's later, I feel like I have a low fever and it's difficult to open my mouth or bite down on my left side. I'm wondering if it could be mumps as I had the vaccine but didn't show antibodies.
