Hi I Went To The Doctor About 3 Days Ago

Hi I went to the doctor about 3 days ago for what I thought was a spider bite but was told it was a staph infection iI let the puss filled bubble burst on its own now I have a small hole in my leg and have had a constant headache since Inoticed the might what sshould I do? Thank you
