Hi I Went To The Doctor Earlier Today With Major

Hi I went to the doctor earlier today with major pain in my heel. He said it was planter fasciitis. I'm in so much pain now, I have to crawl. I'm a waitress so I called in for someone to work for me tomorrow. What can I do to get me back on my feet ASAP. I do know about stretches. Should I do them now even when I have so much pain? Would that make it better faster? Thanks, Helen
