Hi, I Went To The Doctors Last Week For A

Hi, I went to the doctors last week for a urine infection and gave a urine sample. He gave me antibiotics which I completed. My urine sample results came back clean. I still have a burning sensation in my penis which comes and goes, I also feel like my penis is leaking urine but I don't think it is. Would you be able to tell me what this is?
