Hi I Went To The Emergency Room About 3 Weeks

Hi I went to the emergency room about 3 weeks ago for what I thought was a infected boil on the right side of my groin I had pain and serve redness all along the right side of my groin, the doctor told me it was a boil. He gave it a special name that started with a C, I can't remember the name. He gave me antibiotics for 14 days. On the 14th day came and u was done with my antibiotics I still had this rash with what look like little white bumps on my groin and testicles with some pain so I tried to make a doctors appointment but they couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks. The antibiotics did nothing, so I went back to the ER and the doctor is now telling me I have jock itch and no boil, so I take over the counter medication for it and it look a little better but it was still red and now I have patches appearing on the legs and arms and red spots on my hands. I also have server pain again in my groin and it looks like a boil. I don't know what is going on I just want it gone please help
