Hi. I Went To The Eye Doctor In The Summer

Hi. I went to the eye doctor in the summer and they diagnosed me with allergic congivitus. They gave me eyedrops and told me to take allergy medicine. It hasn't been working and the eyelids peel. At first it was just the bottom lid but now the top is peeling. What should I do to feel relief?
