Hi, I Woke Up The Other Morning To Find Tiny

Hi, I woke up the other morning to find tiny bumps all over my chest and behind my ears. It has since scread to my jaw line and some places on my face. Most of them aren't noticable at all but the ones behind my ears are particularly weird. Theyre tiny and flesh colored; i have a picture. Not sure if this is how my body is reacting to a virus or if I have something else
