Hi, I Woke Up This Past Sunday With Inflammation, Soreness

Hi, I woke up this past Sunday with inflammation, soreness and redness under my right eye. I treated it with Polysporin eye drops. This cleared the symptoms after 2 days but left me with a droopy right eye. I am still using the drops as I am associating the droopy eye with what I thought was Pink Eye. Will my droopy eye right itself?
