Hi I Woke Up Today And Went Urinate As I

Hi I woke up today and went urinate as I do every morning. Towards the end of my stream I got like a pressure pain. Now a little while ago I noticed my R groin swollen and tender are these signs of a UTI, should I go see my PCP. Is there anything I can be doing at home? I'm not in excruciating pain by any means? Please advise
