Hi. I Woke Up Yesterday And Went To Pee. It

Hi. I woke up yesterday and went to pee. It was dark, stinky and later in the day, became cloudy and still stinky. Pretty sure I have a UTI but wanted to know if there are any over the counter products to nip it in the bud. I'm already drowning myself with water.
