Hi, I Woke Up Yesterday Morning To Have Almost No

Hi, I woke up yesterday morning to have almost no feeling in my left ear and the region of my head just around it. My hearing isn't noticeably affected and I'm not experiencing any ringing or pain. The lack of sensation has persisted to today, which has me a little concerned. Any speculations as to what it may be, or if it's potentially serious enough to have it looked into?
