Hi, I Woke Up Yesterday Morning With A Slight Scratchy

Hi, I woke up yesterday morning with a slight scratchy throat and small cough. I thought mainly due to sinus drainage with the change in weather here in central Illinois. It has happened before. Today my voice has gradually gone away and I can now barely speak with only a whisper. This has never happened before.
I feel fine. Good appetite. no fever. no congestion. nothing unusual except the slightly scratchy throat, small cough and hardly no voice. I would appreciate your opinion of what's going on and what I should do to make it better. Thanks.
