Hi. I Work In Construction And Recently Took Down Siding

Hi. I work in construction and recently took down siding that had asbestos. I have been breaking out every day since then with small bums that when scratched leaves a small hole in the center. They don't consistently itch only when I sweat or as it is starting to form. What could this be?
