Hi, I Would Like To Ask If What Disease I

Hi, I would like to ask if what disease I am suffering right now. Last 2008 my lymph nodes under my neck neck is swollen then I'm suffering with hay fever. After how many years last June 2015 I was suffer sore throat then there was a white patches on my tonsils It comes and go and until now white patches in my tonsil remains.
