Hi. I would like to know if neutrophils Count fluctuate? The patienti went throuh neutropenia and was given neupogen for 10 days it went to 4 but now it went down at 1.69.. Is that normal? The cause by the way of neutropenia was an adverse effect of antithyroid drug. Thank you
