Hi I would like to know what could be the cause of extreme heat rising to my head it is so intense that I start to see spots and my vision is poor , when it passes it leaves me week with a pounding headache and I have to lay down. I am 65yrs old and generally in good health other than this awful affliction which can strike at any time for no particular reason
