Hi, I Would Like To Take A Supplement Called Life

Hi, I would like to take a supplement called Life Choice neurotransmitter. I am 60 year old woman and lately having problems focusing and memory. I am taking Cipralex 20 mg, crestor 5 mg and synthroid 125mcg. Am I able to take L threonine, L tyrosine, gaba and acetyl L carnitine which is in the formula safely? Also having difficulties falling a sleep.
