Hi Iam Having Pcos Problem I Have Irregular Periods Now

Hi Iam having pcos problem i have irregular periods now doctor advised me to take regestrone 5 mg for 5 days to get periods meanwhile she asked to take folic acid 30 tablets and ovafuze 30 tablets ( i still dont understand the use of ovafuze) then duphaston from day 16 of periods.

I wanted to know the ovulation period and should i need to continue these tablets every month. Will i get periods regularly without regestrone 5mg.
