Hi Ian A 44 Year Old Women Who Was Diagnosed

Hi Ian a 44 year old women who was diagnosed of being pre-menopausal at the age of 37 and diagnosed full-blown menopause at the age of 40 I am now 44 and I have started to spot bleed off and on and I also noticed blood when I wipe sometimes light sometimes heavy and sometimes even in the toilet the medicine that my doctor had put me on says it can cause you to start bleeding but I feel like I have been on the medicine long enough that the side effects should not still be happening should this be a concern to where I should go back to my OB/GYN ?????
