Hi, I'm 12 Years Old And My Strep Test Came

Hi, I'm 12 years old and my strep test came back negative but my doctor was concerned about my throat. I just took my first dosage of antibiotics a couple of hours ago. Still leaving me and my parents really concerned it's something more because of some other different extreme symptoms leading to other possibilities. I am on here to find out some answers to maybe help my parents not worry so much and to my calm my nerves that I maybe won't die tomorrow. (Excuse me for my possible exaggeration there and I know it's weird and silly getting questions on a site like this from the patient who is only 12 years old.
