Hi I'm 13 and i had a tentaus shot about 5 hours ago and my muscle were it was done has titend up and is sore and a bit painfull if I push it or roll my arm back? Is it normal and I'm asking because I have a worrying disoder a bit like anxiety. Can u get back as soon as possible
