Hi I'm 13 Weeks Pregnant And Got Frustrating In My

Hi I'm 13 weeks pregnant and got frustrating in my last pregnancy this time I used the cream and I'm not sure if it's a reaction or something worse. Me and my partner have been together for 7 years and both never gone else were. But from using the creaming my outside of my vagina has gone swollen and now I notice a white looking rash like frush of the mouth when I Google any help would be great as can't get seen by doctor or midwife thanks
