Hi I'm 13 years old I'm getting these strips of light brown dry wrinkly skin across my chest and stomach and I'm peeling near my neck my face WAS peeling but I think it's gone now, I'm putting on this cream called eumovate and my belly button is read and it's itchy around it I'm not sure if its that I'm allergic to something pls help, getting annoying, how get rid of it?
