Hi, I'm 13 Years Old And I Was Wondering If

Hi, I'm 13 years old and I was wondering if you could tell me what's wrong. Every time that I go to my friends houses, I always feel sick and sometimes end up vomiting. I get so nauseous that sometimes I can't even do anything, even sleeping is hard. I've done a little bit of research and I feel like I might have social anxiety but I'm not sure. This occurs most times I go to a friends house and it drives me crazy, I really want to feel normal again.
