Hi I'm 14, I Have Noticed Clusters Of Red Bumps

Hi I'm 14, I have noticed clusters of red bumps on my vaginal area on the top of it and its been there a little over a year and some times it will trick me into thinking it's gone then will come back and this time it's gotten really clustery and I'm scared and embrac to tell my mom to take me to the doctor. I have literally tried everything in the world to get them gone I tried my acne face meds, bactracine, hydrogen peroxicide, warm compress, and a and d ointment. NOTHING HELPS! And I'm a virgin! What do I do? And I can't tell my mom to go buy me something for it either!
