Hi, I'm 14 years old. For a couple of years now, i had been noticing my right hand shaking. Lately I just started to do workouts. During and after it, my hand shakes. Today, I went out for a walk with my family - I hadn't told them my problem yet - and when we're taking a group photo, my hand started to shake extremely while gripping the phone. What is my problem?
