Hi, I'm 14 Years Old And Was Diagnosed With Ovarian

Hi, I'm 14 years old and was diagnosed with ovarian cysts on both ovaries in late January. I was vomitting and was in a lot of pain. The hospital did an ultrasound scan and found that the cysts measured 4&5cm. I was told I could go home and to manage on pain relief and I have a follow up appointment at the end of April. However I'm still in a lot of pain and I'm having disturbed sleep due to being in pain and nothing seems to help. What should I do? Do you think I'll need surgery? What is happening to me?
