Hi, I'm 15 Years Old. I Was Standing Up And

Hi, I'm 15 years old. I was standing up and hit my head on the counter and have a huge knot across the top of my head. I started tasting blood and it started to hurt to swallow and my eyes hurt to move or blink. I have VSD, and I just want to make sure nothings wrong. I feel super tired and struggling to stay awake. I had blurry vision right after and don't remember about 15 seconds after wards. Anything I can do to make it stop hurting or make sure nothing is wrong.? Thanks.!
