Hi Im 16 And Have The Implant In My Arm

Hi Im 16 and have the implant in my arm move had it since January this year I'm in a relationship and have been for over a year now , me and my partner have noticed I'm looking a little round and I was sick 2 weeks ago with flu like symptoms I always feel dizzy in the morning and tired and have strange stomach pains I'm wondering is it possible to be pregnant on the implant
