Hi I'm 16 Very Healthy But I'm Having Really Bad

Hi I'm 16 very healthy but I'm having really bad migraines,nausea,hot flashes, and dizziness...last week I was in the shower and it felt like my head was hot and I was so nauseated I felt sick to my stomach, I don't know if it was the temperature of the shower but when I went to get out I fell and after I was shaking like my whole body was vibrating. I have no idea what's going on with me. I feel fine now but this is the second time its happened. I wanna say its hypertension but I'm not sure..please help
