Hi I'm 16 Weeks Pregnant And I Just Went Pee

Hi I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I just went pee and this thick yellow discharge gushed out of me. It was a bit smelly. I have been diagnosed with chlamydia and a uti. Got treatment for it two weeks ago. Waiting to get retested next week. Is this normal? Why does this keep happening?
