Hi I'm 16 years old ; I weight 75 kg and my height is 5,5. I have lost 13 kilos already but want to reach 60kg. My first goal now that I have reached 75kg is to reach 65! What can I do? Is taking 1,200 calories a day a good idea that's what I have been doing for a week now!?
