Hi, I'm 16 Years Old And Recently My Inner Thigh

Hi, I'm 16 years old and recently my inner thigh had been hurting and when I took a look, I noticed that a small hole had appeared and when I squeeze it I could see the fat underneath- and if I stretch the skin, it pulls away from the flesh and fat and is noticeably a hole. What is this?
