Hi I'm 16weeks Pregnant. Suddenly Have Sharp Pains From Inside

I'm 16weeks pregnant. Suddenly have sharp pains from inside my virgina and feel like my bladder is heavy. Wondering if it could be an infection but it doesnt hurt when i pee. Saw a few websites where people have similar problems and it is not anything to worry about. I'm just concern as i have had two miscarriages in the past. Due to that i worry when anything happens.
